Lake Groves Wastewater Treatment Plant

The project entailed the expansion of an existing advanced activated sludge process from 0.500 MGD to 1.000 MGD. Included in the design are new pretreatment headworks, a second 0.500 MGD treatment facility (anoxic and oxic zones, aeration basins, and clarifiers), two (2) microscreen filtration units, disinfection, pumping stations, and ground storage.
